IFS is recruiting a Service Delivery Manager in Colombo to help customers and partners obtain value from the IFS Success Service. The role covers service planning, delivery governance, customer guidance, process improvement and coordination with Success Managers, executive stakeholders and IFS service teams. It requires understanding customer contracts and translating commitments into effective delivery. The employer seeks a university degree or equivalent professional qualification and at least five years of service delivery management experience, preferably in IT services. Enterprise software knowledge, leadership, commercial judgement, communication and negotiation skills are important.
